Job Summary

Managing a team of procurement professionals, the full-time Procurement Manager will source, negotiate, and manage service providers for outsourced services while developing and executing procurement strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee team activities, including training, performance evaluations, and recruitment
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while managing supplier performance and compliance
  • Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for value creation across services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. preferred
  • Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
  • Advanced math skills for financial calculations and analysis
