Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and mature procurement operations, overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including vendor onboarding and invoice coordination
• Coordinate procurement requests across various departments to ensure timely progression and resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within procurement operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or Procure-to-Pay operations
• Experience managing procurement operations in a high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology environment
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance and SOX-oriented operational controls
• Experience negotiating enterprise software agreements and vendor commercial terms
