Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To support the US site, the full-time Procurement Manager will own the full procurement lifecycle for software, SaaS, marketing, and professional services, acting as a business partner across various departments while managing supplier relationships and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end procurement process, including requirements gathering, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and contract execution
• Manage ongoing supplier relationships, focusing on performance, renewals, and value extraction beyond price
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, IT, and Security to align procurement strategies with business priorities

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of indirect procurement experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of the full P2P cycle from intake to PO management
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on long-term strategic deals
• Experience with procurement and ERP platforms, along with a comfort level in using data and automation tools
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work autonomously
