Job Summary

Transforming procurement processes, the full-time Procurement Manager will lead strategic vendor governance, manage contingent workforce initiatives, and oversee contract lifecycle management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage a vendor governance program, ensuring accountability and performance through structured QBRs and scorecards
• Establish and implement a structured contingent workforce program, overseeing VMS/MSP implementation and compliance across significant spend categories
• Own the contract renewal pipeline, ensuring thorough reviews and strategic decision-making for all agreements

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in high-growth technology or healthcare environments
• Proficiency in Coupa or similar P2P/CLM platforms, with strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Exceptional stakeholder influence skills, with a proven ability to build credibility across various departments
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPM or CPSM are preferred
• Experience in leading procurement transformations or operating model redesigns is a strong differentiator
