Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To support contract management in clinical research, the full-time remote Procurement Manager will manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing complex contracts
• Assist the legal team with compliance issues and document preparation while negotiating with third-party vendors and academic institutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Operations, Legal, and Research to align contracts with organizational objectives

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiations and management, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment
• Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing complex research-related contracts in drug development
• Strong background in legal and compliance support with paralegal capabilities
