Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end purchasing strategy and execution, the full-time Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing of ingredients and packaging, manage supplier performance, and drive cost-saving initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owns strategic and tactical sourcing of ingredients and packaging while managing contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Identifies and executes cost savings opportunities and partners with Finance on budgeting and variance analysis
• Monitors supply risks and develops contingency plans to ensure production continuity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing in a CPG environment
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and procurement reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to travel approximately 15%
