Job Summary
Leading procurement initiatives, the full-time Procurement Manager will manage strategic sourcing, contract administration, and vendor relationships while working remotely and ensuring compliance with procurement goals and metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and facilitate eRFPs, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving procurement strategies
- Oversee the maintenance of tracking and reporting mechanisms for procurement activities and supplier performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or related Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in Facility services or a related discipline
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing processes and e-tools such as e-RFPs and contract management systems
- Strong legal knowledge and ability to prepare and negotiate agreements and amendments
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and documentation effectively
