Job Summary
To ensure successful procurement activities, the remote Procurement Manager will manage the RFP process, evaluate supplier proposals, and maintain supplier relationships while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, coordinating activities and documenting stakeholder requirements
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and recommending improvements
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and suppliers, providing guidance on purchasing policies and project status
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Manager
- IT-focused background preferred; experience in IT/Marketing is also applicable
- Familiarity with Coupa and contract systems
- Real Estate background preferred
