Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To support efficient procurement operations, the remote Procurement Manager will coordinate and oversee the acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with various departments to optimize the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to prepare bids, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance for major projects
• Maintains and updates Purchase Orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of supplier issues
• Leads the Supplier Relationship Management program and monitors supplier performance against quality and delivery requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience as a procurement manager or in a similar relevant position
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of company processes and logistics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
