Procurement Manager for Castings

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NA Strategic Sourcing Manager / Procurement Manager for Castings and machined components.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for over 30 suppliers in the Castings category, ensuring performance in cost, delivery, and quality
• Develop and execute sub-category sourcing strategies and conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Manage supplier negotiations for Long Term Agreements and drive value creation while achieving cost savings targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of negotiation experience in Purchasing, preferably in the Castings category
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English with a hands-on, result-driven approach
