Procurement Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end procurement operations support
• Manage purchase requests and purchase orders (POs) within a procurement platform
• Oversee high-volume software and SaaS-related POs, including renewals

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in procurement operations
• Experience supporting SaaS/software procurement and renewals
• Comfortable partnering closely with Legal on contract review and approval processes
• Experience with procurement platforms like Zip, Coupa, or Ariba
• Proficiency with MS Teams, Word, and Excel
