Procurement Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst (Fixed-Term) to support a procurement process overhaul and system cleanup initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal point of contact and project manager for a third-party vendor engagement to redesign and implement an overhauled procurement workflow
• Partner with the vendor team to evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and drive implementation of a refreshed procurement process
• Conduct a full audit and cleanup of existing procurement system data, including inactive vendors and expired contracts

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or procurement
• Experience with procurement or procure-to-pay platforms (e.g., Zip, Coupa, SAP)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with data cleanup and system migrations is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
