Job Summary

To support Sales & Marketing procurement operations, the remote Procurement Operations Coordinator will manage procurement request intake, purchase order workflows, vendor coordination, and month-end close activities on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage procurement request intake and purchase order workflows to ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve operational processes
  • Maintain procurement documentation and resolve procurement inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations
  • Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or Ironclad
  • Strong process improvement skills
  • Experience supporting Sales & Marketing procurement in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
