Job Summary
To support Sales & Marketing procurement operations, the remote Procurement Operations Coordinator will manage procurement request intake, purchase order workflows, vendor coordination, and month-end close activities on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement request intake and purchase order workflows to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve operational processes
- Maintain procurement documentation and resolve procurement inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or Ironclad
- Strong process improvement skills
- Experience supporting Sales & Marketing procurement in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
