Procurement Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Strategy and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for the procurement platform, managing vendor relationships and system health
• Define the sourcing operating model and standardize the "Sourcing Playbook" for stakeholder engagement
• Engineer automated reporting for monitoring procurement performance and ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing, or Business Operations
• Direct experience as an admin or owner of procurement technology (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Ariba)
• Proven ability to build efficient processes while maintaining compliance
• High proficiency in Excel and BI tools for tracking and reporting
• Preferred certifications include CSPO, PMP, or CPSM
