A company is looking for a Manager, Procurement Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement execution for goods and services, managing RFQs/RFPs and contract workflows
• Ensure supplier onboarding compliance and maintain supplier master data integrity
• Drive operational improvements and support audits by providing necessary documentation and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution
• 5 years or more of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain or Finance, with a focus on procurement and strategic sourcing
• General knowledge of State-specific recycling systems and local government supply chains
• Experience in procurement within corporate, publicly traded companies and working with government organizations
• Solid knowledge of acquisition regulations and contract negotiations
