Job Summary
Leading day-to-day procurement execution for an assigned Business Unit, the full-time Procurement Operations Manager will ensure reliable supply, cost competitiveness, and alignment with enterprise category strategies while working in a hybrid model based in Burlington, MA or fully remotely for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement execution for assigned categories, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with sourcing strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving corrective actions and resolving supply disruptions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align procurement actions with operational needs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, or food & beverage
- Strong understanding of procurement execution and supplier management
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement tools
- Proven analytical and stakeholder management skills
