Job Summary
Owning and elevating day-to-day procurement operations, the full-time Procurement Operations Manager will manage vendor onboarding, PO creation, and design AI-driven processes to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee procurement operations, including vendor onboarding and the procure-to-pay cycle
- Lead contract redlining and collaborate with Legal on commercial and non-commercial terms
- Design and implement AI solutions to automate manual processes and improve operational workflows
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance operations, or related fields
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex problems with curiosity
- Experience with procurement and financial systems such as Zip, Coupa, or Workday
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
