Procurement Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational backbone of a global procurement organization, the remote Manager, P2P Procurement Excellence will manage day-to-day Procure-to-Pay operations, oversee buying channel strategy, and ensure accurate ERP integration while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day Procure-to-Pay operations from requisition through purchase order issuance
• Manage buying channel strategy and enablement, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Lead supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier master data

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, or eProcurement systems
• Hands-on experience configuring or supporting an enterprise eProcurement or P2P platform
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in global, matrixed, or shared services environments preferred
• Process improvement certification or training (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is a plus
