Procurement Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the company's operations procurement program, the full-time remote Procurement Operations Manager will oversee purchasing for non-retail goods and services, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial purchasing controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for all non-retail goods and services, negotiating pricing and supply agreements
• Develop and maintain preferred supplier relationships while monitoring vendor performance and resolving issues
• Partner with various departments on procurement requests, sourcing initiatives, and contract renewals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
• Experience supporting multi-site cannabis operations and packaging
• Hands-on experience with Order.co and Sage Intacct or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and vendor management
