Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies for commercial private fleet spend
• Lead competitive sourcing events and manage supplier evaluations and agreements
• Monitor market trends and fleet KPIs to identify savings and long-term value opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proven procurement and category management experience within commercial private fleets
• Strong knowledge of fleet-domain expertise, including truck leasing and maintenance
• Proven ability in commercial negotiation and stakeholder influence
• Data-driven and strategic problem solver familiar with fleet KPIs and risk management
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
