Procurement Programs Manager

Job Summary

To support the operation and expansion of large-scale data centers, the full-time remote Procurement Programs Manager will develop and manage vendor programs, negotiate contracts, and design procurement frameworks that enhance cost discipline and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage vendor programs for critical infrastructure and equipment, ensuring supplier performance and cost efficiency
• Design standardized procurement processes and frameworks that align with corporate priorities and scale across multiple data center sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and installation of equipment while managing supply chain risks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in data centers or infrastructure environments
• Proven experience in building and scaling procurement programs across multiple sites or regions
• Strong background in contract negotiation and managing strategic supplier relationships
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and IT teams
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as ERP systems, Yardi, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
