Procurement Senior Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of procurement professionals, the full-time Procurement Senior Manager will oversee sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services while developing and executing complex procurement strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to staff, including training, performance evaluations, and recruitment
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor team members
• Lead procurement workstreams for new client accounts and contribute to bids and proposals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications preferred
• Demonstrated experience in contract transitions and account mobilizations
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to benchmark spend and present findings effectively
