Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services, the remote Staff Procurement Specialist will execute purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities including RFQs, supplier comparisons, and basic price analysis under senior procurement guidance
• Issue purchase orders and subcontracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies
• Track supplier deliveries and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support material planning and execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is desirable
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or related roles
• Experience working in ERP/MRP systems; Costpoint experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of purchasing practices and ethics
• US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR regulations
