Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement and Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, maintain, and execute contract actions within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem
  • Review, negotiate, and execute vendor contracts, especially consulting agreements
  • Purchase materials, services, and supplies, continuously improving procurement processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in business, procurement, and contracting
  • Experience in developing, understanding, and negotiating contract agreements for indirect services
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Non-profit procurement experience and knowledge of Office of Management and Budget, Uniform Guidance preferred
