Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, representing SCM in meetings
• Develop and monitor SCM components of the Project Management Plan, including supply and contracting plans
• Facilitate approval processes and coordinate SCM participation in project reviews and lessons learned sessions

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent in Supply Chain, engineering, legal, or business discipline
• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in project, commercial, or technical business roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across large organizations
• Knowledge of supply chain techniques and methodologies, including strategic sourcing and total cost ownership principles
• Proficient in software applications related to supply chain management, with experience in Ariba or SharePoint being an asset
