Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage its procurement function and develop effective processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing controls
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate contract terms, and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 3-7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience in creating procurement processes, policies, or sourcing frameworks
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards
