Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, scope, negotiate, and execute procurement requests from intake through signature
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure deals meet team requirements
• Provide consultation before, during, and after deal cycles to ensure optimal purchasing and value

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with commercial negotiations, procurement initiatives, or complex vendor engagements
• Strong understanding of SaaS procurement, services agreements, and supplier relationships
• Hands-on experience using procurement orchestration tools, ideally Zip
• Experience maintaining accurate records within procurement systems
