Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships and execute compliant procurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and cost proposals for subcontractors and service providers
• Analyze supplier quotes to ensure best value and compliance while monitoring supplier performance
• Lead negotiations on price and terms, ensuring procurement documentation aligns with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience (4 years additional relevant experience)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in DoD procurement/subcontract compliance (FAR/DFAR, ITAR)
• Proficiency in SAP (PRISM/APEX) and automation tools
• Experience with cost analysis and writing contractual agreements
• High ethical standards and ability to work in diverse environments
