Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement intake and orchestration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Zip intake forms and workflows, and manage workflow automation and API integrations
Establish governance frameworks to ensure process consistency and audit readiness
Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in procurement intake/orchestration platforms
Hands-on experience with Zip implementation
Understanding of procurement transformation and the procurement lifecycle
Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Security, and audit teams
Ability to support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives
