Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Procurement Specialist to coordinate supplier contracts and sourcing initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform "first-pass" contract reviews and maintain the contract management system
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations
• Act as a buyer for specified commodities and support local buyers through collaboration and travel

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Diploma of Collegial studies in a related field or equivalent experience
• Supply Chain educational background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong skills in cost analysis and data-driven decision-making
