Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage indirect procurement and collaborate with various business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle including requirements, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and contract execution
• Oversee vendor relationships, performance, and identify value beyond price
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and manage supplier sourcing

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of indirect procurement experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Strong understanding of the full P2P cycle from intake to PO management
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on long-term strategic deals
• Experience with procurement and ERP platforms, and comfort with data and automation tools
• High degree of autonomy and accountability in managing workload
