Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting large-scale data center initiatives, the remote Procurement Specialist 5 will lead sourcing strategies, manage procurement activities, and develop long-term supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies and engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Oversee the sourcing process, including managing purchase orders, change orders, RFQs, and supplier follow-ups
• Support large-scale data center projects by managing procurement activities related to equipment and services

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of procurement or contract management experience, particularly in data center equipment or related fields
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of procurement techniques, supply chain management, and sourcing strategies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible hours
