Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting successful service delivery, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage the SOW lifecycle, build client relationships, and oversee supplier management for a key Managed Service Provider program.

Key responsibilities:

• Optimize SOW lifecycle management from Procure-to-Pay
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and suppliers
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma and BA/BS or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field
• 3 years' experience in Procurement or Operations role processing Statements of Work
• Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline/VNDLY or procurement systems like SAP Ariba
• Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a must
