Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a restaurant chain, the contract Procurement Specialist will focus on facilities and procurement support, including vendor coordination, project tracking, and purchasing, while working MST or PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and manage day-to-day operational support for the Director of Procurement
• Track projects and assist with facilities-related purchasing activities
• Provide procurement support, focusing on operational efficiency within the restaurant chain

Required qualifications

• Experience with ServiceChannel
• Strong project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Coupa P2P or general procurement support
• Background in facilities, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
