Job Summary

To support rapid global scaling, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage vendor relationships, streamline procurement workflows, and optimize commercial terms across diverse technology and AI-related services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure favorable commercial terms and compliance
• Develop and implement procurement workflows for approvals, renewals, and spend reporting
• Utilize AI tools for vendor analysis, sourcing, and contract management to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within technology, SaaS, or AI environments
• Strong commercial judgment regarding usage-based pricing and SaaS contracts
• Proficiency in using AI tools for procurement and vendor analysis
• Ability to create streamlined procurement processes without unnecessary friction
• Capability to collaborate across multiple time zones with various departments
