Job Summary

To ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing processes, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage supplier selection, negotiate vendor terms, and maintain documentation while collaborating with various departments across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the purchasing process, including supplier selection and procurement guidance
  • Source, negotiate, and engage with reliable suppliers to secure advantageous terms
  • Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining documentation of acquisitions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, or relevant certification
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
  • In-depth knowledge of contract preparation, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating bids and making recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
