Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To support procurement initiatives, the part-time temporary Procurement Specialist will review, negotiate, and execute procurement requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, scope, negotiate, and execute procurement requests from intake through signature
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet team requirements
• Provide consultation throughout deal cycles to ensure optimal purchasing and value from suppliers

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in commercial negotiations, procurement initiatives, or complex vendor engagements
• Strong understanding of SaaS procurement and services agreements
• Hands-on experience using procurement orchestration tools, ideally Zip
• Ability to maintain accurate records within procurement systems
• Clear communication skills with adaptability based on audience and situation
