Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Processing and validating purchase orders, the full-time Procurement Specialist will convert requisitions to purchase orders, manage order confirmations in the ERP system, and handle rush orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert requisitions to purchase orders and place orders through various methods
• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and document tracking daily
• Escalate contract and availability issues for orders not processed via EDI

Required qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required
• Medical procurement experience preferred
• Experience working within ERP systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
