Procurement Specialist I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a core set of suppliers and follow up on open purchase orders
• Build relationships with suppliers, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate procurement status
• Collaborate with stakeholders on delivery expedites and problem-solving initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in expediting and/or procurement
• Knowledge of the procurement cycle, including tangible deliverables and intangible services
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not required
• A BA degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred, but experience may substitute
• Ability to lead without authority and work effectively in a hybrid environment
