Procurement Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to support the Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review technical project requirements and issue solicitations while promoting competition
• Support customers in justifying sole or single source selections when competition is not feasible
• Negotiate material/service offers and manage open orders for timely receipt and payment

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in market research for optimal procurement strategies
• Ability to understand technical requirements for supplier discussions
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement roles
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
• AA's Degree in S.T.E.M. or Supply Chain is a plus
