Procurement Specialist - IT Hardware

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process purchase requests for IT hardware parts through the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Collaborate with end-users to gather specific replacement information necessary for ordering hardware parts
• Initiate and track procurement orders using electronic forms and the Supplier Relationship Information Management (SRIM) system

Required Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work 100% remote
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations
• Compliance with drug testing is mandatory
• Experience using ServiceNow, Eform, SRIM, and SAP is preferred
• Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork
