Procurement Strategic Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting global transitions, the full-time IFM and Procurement Strategic Analyst will leverage technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement quality control frameworks to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Lead large-scale data analysis, cleansing, and validation across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions and best practices in data stewardship and process management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics, preferably in IFM or procurement
- Experience with CMMS and business systems such as SmartSheet, ServiceNow, and Yardi strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills, including risk management and change management
