Procurement Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a procurement team for the Integrated Space Support Services 2 program, the full-time Procurement Supervisor will manage Federal procurement actions, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple remote operating sites while working in a hybrid environment based in Reston, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Purchase Requisitions and Local Purchase Requests for compliance with contract and FAR requirements
• Perform proactive sourcing to identify suppliers and enhance supply chain reliability for remote locations
• Supervise and manage the procurement team, prioritizing workload and ensuring timely execution of procurement actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant procurement experience, including Federal procurement
• 3-5 years of experience executing FAR-based purchases and managing audit-ready documentation
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in directing procurement or buying staff
• Ability to execute various procurement instruments such as POs and BPAs
