Procurement Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of procurement specialists, the full-time Procurement Supervisor will manage supplier negotiations, oversee procurement processes, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise procurement specialists and officers, ensuring effective team performance
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers while monitoring supplier performance
• Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management, supporting audits and documentation compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with proven procurement experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of interpreting complex data and building supplier relationships
• Proficiency in procurement software and knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices is preferred
