Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

To support a pioneering nuclear fuel technology initiative, the remote Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will manage end-to-end supply chain processes for nuclear-grade materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for nuclear-grade materials and specialty equipment
• Establish and manage supplier qualification and performance monitoring processes in coordination with Quality Assurance and Engineering
• Negotiate and manage contracts, purchase orders, and long-term supply agreements to mitigate supply chain risks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience in supplier sourcing, qualification, and contract negotiation within a high-reliability manufacturing context
• Experience managing long-lead-time procurements and specialty materials
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple critical procurements
