Procurement Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Driving data-driven procurement strategies, the full-time Procurement Systems Analyst will analyze procurement data, develop performance dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and supplier effectiveness
• Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends and assess supplier performance and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in procurement analysis or data analytics
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and strategic sourcing principles
• Relevant certifications in procurement or data analytics are a plus
