Procurement Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide feedback on procurement systems activities, identifying issues and coordinating solutions
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and SharePoint lists for the Procurement Department
• Assist in the review and testing of ERP program enhancements and provide training on procurement system procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, procurement/supply management, business administration, or related field
• Five years of experience in administrative, procurement, or financial systems in public or private sectors
• Fluency in Spanish or English, with working knowledge of the other; knowledge of French or Portuguese is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office and experience with automated systems
• Excellent knowledge of procurement information systems and ERP systems
