Procurement & Vendor Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, the full-time Procurement & Vendor Manager will manage sourcing, negotiation, and compliance for RangeOS and associated cyber training programs while collaborating with internal teams to align contractual terms with operational and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts from sourcing to execution, ensuring compliance and alignment with program requirements
• Develop pricing models and cost analyses to support proposals and program planning
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate records of agreements and vendor performance

Required qualifications

• Three (3) years of DevOps experience
• 8570 IAT Level II certification
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization development practices
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS principles (beneficial but not required)
• DoD Top Secret security clearance
