Producer, Client Experience

Job Summary

To support business development efforts, the contract Producer, Client Experience & Growth will coordinate proposal submissions, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business development opportunities from initial intake through proposal submission
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, production, and operations
• Serve as the primary coordinator for prospective client communications throughout the proposal process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar role within a digital agency or consulting environment
• Experience coordinating proposals, pitches, or client-facing deliverables
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
