Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer Commissions Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for producers regarding commission inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information
• Oversee the administration of producer commissions programs, including calculation, processing, and reconciliation of commission payments
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commission processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2 or more years of experience in insurance or financial services (Preferred)
• Experience with commission processing and producer relationship management
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• No supervisory responsibilities for this position
